1. Who these terms are for
FinchMotion at finchmotion.com is operated by MRR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms govern your account and use of the service. By creating an account or using FinchMotion, you agree to these terms and the Content Policy.
“FinchMotion” and “the service” refer to the website and tools at finchmotion.com. “We” and “us” refer to MRR LLC, and “you” refers to the person using the service. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@finchmotion.com.
2. Your account
FinchMotion is for people 18 and older. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. Use your own Google account, keep it secure, and provide accurate account information. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. You may not sell accounts, impersonate another person, or create additional accounts to obtain repeat introductory offers.
3. Creating with FinchMotion
FinchMotion provides tools to generate and edit images and turn images into video. Available features, video lengths, credit requirements, and access tiers are shown in the app.
Results are generated by AI and can vary, contain mistakes, or resemble other results. A prompt does not guarantee a particular result or completion time. Review an output before using or sharing it, and do not present synthetic media as proof of a real event.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you already have in your uploads and prompts. You give us permission to process, store, reproduce, and transmit them as needed to provide your requested creation, deliver and support the service, and address security, abuse, and legal obligations. This includes processing by service partners.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every image, likeness, and other material you submit. Permission to possess a photo is not necessarily permission to alter, animate, or publish someone’s likeness.
As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your outputs, and we do not restrict you from using them for personal or commercial purposes, including social posts, product pages, and advertisements, as long as you follow these terms and the Content Policy. This does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, unique, commercially cleared, or free of third-party rights, and it does not give you rights in an upload that you did not already have. Other customers may receive similar results. You are responsible for obtaining rights needed for your intended use. We will not feature your private creations in our marketing without your separate permission.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of FinchMotion must respect the law, other people’s rights, and the Content Policy, which explains what the service is for and what is not allowed. Content safety checks apply to requests and results, and some creations are stopped; a stopped creation is handled as described in the Credits & Refunds Policy. Nothing on our site or in our advertising is a promise that every request will be accepted or can be produced.
Do not use FinchMotion for prohibited content, fraud, account or payment abuse, unauthorized access, malware, or interference with the service. Do not try to get around our content safety checks or usage limits. You may not extract other users’ private content.
If you use an output in an advertisement or other promotion, you are the advertiser. FinchMotion is a general creative tool. We do not write, review, or approve your advertising, and we do not publish anything for you or sell views, followers, or other engagement. You are responsible for the claims your advertising makes and for being able to support them, for any disclosure the law or a platform requires, and for following the rules of each platform where you publish.
6. Credits and purchases
Purchases are one-time credit purchases. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or later recurring charges. See the Credits & Refunds Policy for introductory offers, tier access, and failed jobs.
Checkout shows the credit amount, total price, currency, and applicable access before you pay. Credits are for use within your account, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not cash. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
7. Privacy and saved creations
The Privacy Policy explains account data, creative files, processing partners, and privacy requests. The app is designed around a private account library, rather than a public community feed. A person with a downloaded copy or a working shareable media link may still be able to access that copy.
Download creations you want to keep. FinchMotion is not an archival or backup service. Removing a creation from the library does not necessarily erase accounting records, backups, or all processing copies immediately.
8. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict a request, remove content, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address a policy violation, fraud, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You can request a review through Contact & Reports. We may act before notice when needed to prevent harm.
You may stop using FinchMotion or request account deletion by emailing support@finchmotion.com. Account closure does not remove outstanding obligations or records that must be retained for a lawful purpose. Paid-credit disputes will be reviewed under the purchase terms and applicable law.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or that a creation will meet every expectation. To the extent the law permits, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional implied warranties. We do not promise that an output will be accepted by an advertising platform, or that it will produce views, clicks, sales, or any other business result.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. You remain responsible for your uploads, instructions, and use of outputs.
10. Questions, disputes, and changes
Contact support@finchmotion.com with the relevant account or order details so we can investigate. Wyoming law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to courts.
Material changes will be identified with a new version and effective date, with notice and any agreement required by law. Changes will not silently authorize new uses of previously collected private content.
