Content policy

1. What FinchMotion is for

FinchMotion is a general creative tool for people 18 and older. It turns images into video and creates and edits images. People use it for social content, product videos, advertisements, and personal creative projects. This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated media, and use of the service, including use of an output in advertising. Artistic or commercial intent does not remove the need for consent, ownership rights, or compliance with law.

When we describe FinchMotion as uncensored, we mean that it does not turn away ordinary creative requests that many tools refuse, such as realistic people, your own photos, action, dark or mature story themes, and satire. It does not lift the rules in this policy, and it does not guarantee that a particular request can be produced.

Content safety checks apply to requests and results, and some creations are stopped. A stopped creation is handled as described in the Credits & Refunds Policy.

2. Images of people

Obtain permission to upload and alter a real person’s likeness, and any additional permission needed to publish the result. A public photo, a celebrity’s status, or possession of an image does not establish consent. Before you use another person’s face, name, voice, or likeness in an advertisement or promotion, get their permission in writing. For anyone under 18, get written permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not create intimate or sexual depictions of real people. This applies whether or not the person has agreed.

Never submit or request sexual content involving a minor or anyone who appears to be or is presented as a minor, including fictional, altered, or synthetic depictions. Do not use age ambiguity, edits, or prompts to evade this restriction.

3. Prohibited uses

• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or other content intended for sexual gratification.
• Any sexual content involving minors, exploitation or grooming of minors, or attempts to create such material.
• Intimate or sexual depictions of real people, sexual coercion, or threats involving intimate content.
• Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, stalking, or encouragement of real-world violence.
• Content that promotes hatred of, or violence against, people because of race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or a similar characteristic.
• Fraud, blackmail, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, or false claims that a real person endorsed a product or took part in an event.
• Reviews, testimonials, or endorsements that mislead people about who is speaking or what they experienced, including presenting an AI-generated person as a real customer, employee, or expert, or showing product use or results that did not happen as if they did.
• Fake ratings, comments, or follower, like, or view counts, or other fabricated engagement.
• Advertising that is misleading, makes claims you cannot support, or leaves out a disclosure the law or the platform requires.
• Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Malware, account theft, unauthorized access, credit-offer abuse, or interference with the service.
• Other content or activity prohibited by applicable law.

4. Review before sharing

Check every output for unwanted or prohibited details before downloading or sharing it. Do not distribute a prohibited result because it was generated unexpectedly. Report it to us with the date and time shown on the creation. Label AI-generated media where the context, the law, or the platform you publish on requires it. Some platforms provide a label or setting for realistic AI-generated content, and some laws require a disclosure in an advertisement that includes an AI-generated person. Do not tell anyone that an output was filmed or made without AI, do not remove or hide an AI label or marking attached to an output, and never use an output to deceive someone about a real event.

5. Report content or a rights concern

Use Contact & Reports or email support@finchmotion.com. You do not need a FinchMotion account to make a report. Include where the material can be found, the reason for your report, and a way to contact you. Do not attach intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or any other material that may be unlawful to possess or send.

For intimate imagery shared or created without consent, tell us that you are the depicted person or their authorized representative, identify the material, state that it was shared or created without the required consent, and provide your electronic or physical signature. We will assess reports promptly and follow applicable removal and reporting requirements. For valid requests covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove the reported intimate imagery within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies.

6. Copyright complaints

Send copyright concerns to support@finchmotion.com. Identify the protected work, the material at issue and its location, your contact details, and the basis of your authority. Include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, under penalty of perjury, with your signature.

We may ask for clarification and restrict disputed content while reviewing it. Repeated infringement may result in account termination. If you believe content was removed in error, contact us with the relevant details and the basis for your rights.

7. Enforcement and review

We may reject a request, restrict or remove content, suspend an account, preserve relevant evidence where required, or make a legally required report. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, email support@finchmotion.com with the affected creation or account details and your explanation. Deliberately false or abusive reports may also be investigated.
