Email support@finchmotion.com. Include the email used for your FinchMotion account and the relevant order or creation identifier, if available. Explain what happened and what you need help with.

Please do not send passwords, login codes, API keys, full payment-card details, or identity documents. We will ask for the minimum additional information needed to investigate.

Privacy and account deletion

For access, correction, deletion, a data copy, an opt-out, or a privacy appeal, email support@finchmotion.com. See the Privacy Policy for request details and verification. A person without an account can still contact us about information relating to them.

Report content or abuse

Email support@finchmotion.com. Reports do not require sign-in or payment. Give the date and time of the creation or the exact location, describe the problem, and include a way to reach you. Do not attach intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or any other material that may be unlawful to possess or send.

For a report of intimate imagery shared or created without consent, identify yourself as the depicted person or an authorized representative, explain the lack of consent, identify the material, and include your name as an electronic signature. See the Content Policy for the removal process.

For copyright concerns use the subject “Copyright report.” For a disputed account or content restriction use “Decision review.” If there is an immediate danger to a person, contact local emergency services; this inbox is not an emergency service.
