1. Who is responsible

MRR LLC operates FinchMotion and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests go to support@finchmotion.com.

This policy covers the FinchMotion website, accounts, creative tools, purchases, and support. It explains what information we handle, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we handle

  • Account information: your Google account identifier, email, basic profile information supplied during sign-in, session information, and account history. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Creative content: images you upload, prompts, creation settings, generated files, job status, and associated account and credit records.
  • Purchase information: selected offers, order identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status, refunds, and disputes. Payment services process the payment information you enter at checkout under the notices displayed there.
  • Technical information: IP addresses and request information processed by hosting, authentication, security, and delivery services to establish connections, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
  • Support and reports: information you choose to include when contacting us, including account identifiers, order details, and material needed to investigate an issue.

Images and prompts may contain personal or sensitive information. Submit only what is needed and what you have permission to process. Do not submit identity documents, passwords, financial credentials, or someone else’s confidential information.

3. Why we use it

We use information to sign you in, maintain your account, process and deliver requested creations, track credit balances, fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent duplicate introductory grants and other abuse, investigate reports, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. Where optional measurement is enabled with appropriate choices, we also use limited activity information to understand the funnel and improve the product.

4. Processing and disclosures

We use service partners for hosting and security, Google sign-in and account storage, private media storage, AI processing, support, payment processing, and measurement. Creating an image or video requires sending your selected input and prompt to a generation partner.

Authorized support or security personnel may need access to relevant content to resolve a request or investigate abuse. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections and notice.

Information may be processed in the United States, Canada, and countries where our service partners operate, and may be subject to the laws of those countries. We use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the processing relationship. Contact us for information about cross-border processing and the partners handling your data.

5. Analytics and advertising

We use limited activity information to understand how people find FinchMotion, move through signup, create, and purchase credits. Our measurement tools include first-party analytics and, where enabled, PostHog, Google Analytics, and Google Ads conversion measurement. Collection depends on the feature, applicable law, and your privacy choices.

Activity events can include page visits, signup clicks, tier and duration choices, generation and purchase outcomes, campaign information, and account or browser identifiers. Our product-analytics events exclude prompt text, image and video contents, email addresses, payment-card data, and raw IP addresses. Infrastructure and measurement services may still process connection information. We do not record session-replay videos of your activity.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under state privacy laws. You can ask us to opt you out by emailing support@finchmotion.com, and we honor applicable Global Privacy Control signals. Necessary account, transaction, and security records are separate from optional behavior tracking.

6. Cookies and choices

Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session and protect the login flow. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in. You can clear stored cookies through your browser; this may sign you out.

A signed browser identifier can last up to 180 days and helps prevent repeat free-credit claims. Limited hashed account and browser identifiers are compared for eligibility. These remain linked fraud-prevention records, and a shared device may trigger a review. We also use short-lived network identifiers derived from connection information to limit bursts of free-credit claims. These checks may temporarily delay free credits on a shared network; they do not prevent sign-in.

Our first-party measurement system stores a choice for up to 180 days and uses a 30-minute measurement session. Global Privacy Control keeps optional measurement off. You can also email support@finchmotion.com to make or change a privacy request. Where optional tracking requires your consent, we obtain it before collection; declining optional tracking does not prevent use of the core service.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including maintaining your account and requested library, resolving support issues, preventing abuse, meeting accounting obligations, and handling disputes or legal requirements. Retention considers the type and sensitivity of the information, the status of your account or request, and applicable obligations.

The library’s Delete action removes a finished creation from your view and supports Undo. It does not immediately erase every copy from storage, processing partners, or backups. Request account or permanent-content deletion by email so we can process the applicable records and explain any lawful exceptions.

Limited fraud-prevention records may remain after an account is closed when needed to prevent repeated free-credit claims. Legally required accounting and dispute records may also remain. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed.

8. Your privacy requests

You can contact support@finchmotion.com to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, withdrawal of consent, or an explanation of our practices. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict certain processing, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit sensitive-information uses, and appeal a declined request.

We will verify requests proportionately, explain any lawful exception, and respond within the period required by applicable law. Use the email associated with your account when possible. Do not send a password or a government ID in your initial message. Authorized agents can contact us with evidence of their authority. We will not penalize you for exercising a privacy right.

If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the details you want reviewed. You may also complain to the privacy regulator with jurisdiction over your situation, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your U.S. state regulator, as applicable.

9. Security and age

The app uses authenticated accounts and access controls for private libraries. No online system is perfectly secure. Keep your Google account secure and avoid sending sensitive material in support emails unless it is necessary for the issue.

FinchMotion is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Updates and contact

We will update this policy as our practices change and provide notice of material changes as required by law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Contact the privacy team at support@finchmotion.com; company details are on Contact & Reports.
